FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: Do I need to be present at the Art Exhibit?
Answer: While we encourage exhibitors to attend the Creature Weekend Conference, You do not need to be present at the exhibit or the conference to donate art work to the event. Creature Weekend Curators will be responsible for displaying the art work.
Question: Is there a minimum or maximum # of pieces that we can donate to the art exhibit?
Answer: There is no minimum or maximum number of pieces that you can donate to the Creature Weekend Crypto Art Exhibit. However, we are constrained by physical space, so if you are planning on donating more than 10 pieces, please contact the coordinator at [email protected]
Question: Is there a hanging fee?
Answer: There is no hanging fee for donating your art work. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items to the Creature Weekend Curators. The shipping address is on the registration form. You can request the registration form by emailing [email protected]
Question: Do you have any restrictions on the size of the art work? Hanger Types?
Answer: Due to space concerns, we ask that the donated artwork not exceed 4ft x 6ft x 4ft in length, width and height. Also, we ask that the art work not exceed 100lbs in weight.
